Mini Garage Build
Well my mini has been living at my parents house due to not having a garage at mine , this is the main reason for lack of updates and work being done on the mini.
end of last year the plans were finally approved by coucil after taking 10months.
So this is where is started, originally an odd shaped carport was next to the house , but this was no use for building a mini:)
That was removed and excavations started.
Slab poured>
Then we made a concrete formed retaining wall and stairs , this was my first time concreting but im really happy with the results. If you are considering yourself i would recomend a vibrator and make sure its braced well. My forms did move a little bit under the weight of the concrete and also had a little bit of air pockets.

Any more pics of your e30? Im a fan of early BMW's, they have classic lines/shape. I only recently found out they came out with an AWD option!benjamin wrote:haa yeah i dont think i will use for that though. I love the E30 but the mini is stiff my favourite to drive , just completly different to any other car.braad wrote:Any more pics of your e30? Im a fan of early BMW's, they have classic lines/shape. Re: Mini Garage Build
Yeah my mate has a LHD 325ix. Pretty good, the straight six and AWD, would be a bullet. I like the look of yours, the 2 door is a classic. The same mate with the 325ix has a two door with a lexus V8, ITB's and a heap of weight taken out, set up for circuit racing.
I wish i could agree with the mini but despite owning one for 13 years i've never been in a driving one haha
